We are looking for a Real Estate Office Administrator to join our team at 4Life Properties Tenerife Real Estate Agency, located in Playa de Fañabe. 


The job would be office based, helping in all aspects of office administration


Job Responsibilities :


• Manage all front office activities, agent calls, inquiries, and all walk-ins;

• Manage office contracts and renewals

• Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritised

• Document administration and organising work;

• Maintain calendars, CRM, contact databases, and appointments;

• Create marketing materials for our website, social media, and email;

• Solving problems and ensuring customer needs.


Requirements:


• Active, punctual, responsible and sociable

• Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages is a big advantage;

• Great knowledge of Apple operating systems;

• Self-motivated, organised and detail oriented;

• Ability to work independently and to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently;

• Driving license

• A friendly team player.
